Chipton-Ross is seeking a Associate Army Research Project Officer for an opportunity in Columbus, OH.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This individual will be a vital member of the team supporting a dynamic and challenging business. The individual will report directly to the Army Research Project Manager. The Army Research Associate Project Officer will assist in the data collection and analysis of multiple ongoing Army research efforts in support of the US Army Research Institute (ARI) and other government agencies. Job Duties:
Conduct research using behavioral science principles, methodologies, and technologies in an applied governmental setting
Collect field data, conduct interviews, enter data, and conduct quality assurance checks on existing databases
Support the development of research results through briefings and technical reports.
Work cooperatively with team members to ensure quality, timeliness, and accuracy of research products
Interface with customers and sponsors to meet their requirements including detailed coordination
Brief Army personnel, observe training events, capture details of training events, and assess training outcomes
Work as part of a team, devise analytical approaches, develop data collection instruments, and collate data from various sources

The successful candidate must be proactive, well-organized, dependable, and have the ability to work with minimal supervision. The position requires a high degree of professionalism, presence, flexibility, judgment, discretion and the ability to work independently.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
10 years min Army Experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience as a 19D, 19K, or 11B
Bachelor’s degree
Ranger qualified 20+ years Army Experience Experience with military research programs.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or a High School Diploma/GED (required)
School must be accredited.

MISCELLANEOUS:
