Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for an opening in Pittsburgh, PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Marketing Programs Support Coordinator is responsible for partnering with members of our commercial team and with the Manager, Marketing & Commercial Communications to develop quick-turn, polished and brand compliant marketing resources to support virtual events and other customer-specific communication needs. The Coordinator collaborates with internal partners where appropriate to deliver custom assets or optimized templates for repeat use. Daily tasks include creating flyers leveraging templates in our Commercial Marketing Suite platform, and communicating with Commercial Team partners to intake and deliver on requirements. Other responsibilities include providing support to the Marketing Programs Coordinator in processing program applications and promotion redemptions.

Create marketing for customer-facing communications and resources based on input and dialogue with the Commercial team.
Manage creation of assets inclusive of visuals, largely through the Commercial Marketing Suite but could also include PowerPoint, editable PDFs or other delivery vehicles.
Intake and deliver on Commercial Team requests for marketing support.
Communicate with appropriate lead times and details to ensure all parties are aware of turnaround times and understand scope of potential solutions.
Provide first-line support to Commercial Team Members regarding utilization of marketing tools.
Process registrations for the Fisher Scientific New Lab Start-Up program.
Process redemptions for the Fisher Scientific channel’s New Lab Start-Up Program which includes verifying proofs of purchase and contacting suppliers and customers as needed.
Communicate directly, and in a timely manner, with Suppliers, Customers, Commercial Sales Team and internal agency (the Studio) to resolve issues or needs.
Maintain accurate and organized files, including documentation of important verbal discussions, issues and requests.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
0 – 2 years marketing experience focused on developing customer communications, creating marketing materials and / or providing virtual meeting, general office or customer service support.
Ability to function in a complex, matrix business environment
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time
Self-directed and highly effective in driving deliverables to completion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to set priorities, problem solve and make decisions in a dynamic work environment
Detail-oriented and highly accurate, with excellent follow-up skills
Strong project management skills
Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Nitro and / or SharePoint preferred
In depth understanding of MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel applications

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, business or related area

1st Shift
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
