Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Jr. Associate Business Analyst for an opening in Carlsbad, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform analysis/data investigations on requests from various areas of the business. Related, but not limited to, CRM data, Reporting, and System maintenance. Assist in basic issue resolution. Identify opportunity for Platforms enhancement & process improvement. Provides ad-hoc support to Business and Technical leads Communicates effectively with cross-functional teams translating business requirements to IT processes Assist in the continuous effort of documenting processes.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Strong Excel skills required. Familiarity with SQL queries. Experience with CRM and EDW reporting systems. Understanding of Sales Operations roles and workflow. Strong communication and organizational skills. Able to work independently, multi-task, and maintain focus on the goals at hand. Maintain professional composure in a dynamic work environment.
2-5 years of sales operations and financial analysis.

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree or AA, preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems or Business Administration.

WORK HOURS:
1st Shift
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
