- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Document Control Analyst in Kalamazoo, MI.
This position supports the Quality Management System ensuring compliance to relevant regulations and standards including ISO 13485:2016 and FDA QSR Part 820. The focus for this position is change control administrative tasks such as documentation review, file management, approval routing, filing and organization of task completion. This position also supports document and record control, technical writing and procedural development for compliance to regulations, and continual process improvement within Quality Management Systems.
Support Change Control activities
Support Periodic Review of Controlled Documents
Assist with management of documents and records
Comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
Wear proper PPE as required
Exercise proper lifting, bending and twisting techniques
Maintain a safe, organized and clean work area
Perform assigned tasks to support objectives of team, department and company.
Mandatory and voluntary overtime may be required to support team, department and company objectives
HS diploma or equivalent
Quality Systems Regulations experience required
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Proficient in MS applications (Planner, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated with a positive attitude
Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and be able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Experience with Master Control and Veeva as a Document Management tools preferred
Read, write and speak fluent English
HS diploma or equivalent
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
