Chipton-Ross is seeking a Principal Data Scientist for an opportunity in Melbourne, FL.
o Support the design, develop, and maintain a scalable Data Analytics System
o Interpret data and analyze results using statistical methods and techniques
o Develop data analyses and collection systems that optimize efficiency and quality
o Data preparation/cleansing
o Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
o Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field with 5+ years of experience
o 5+ years of experience working with data analytics techniques and frameworks
o Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
o Experience with data preparation/cleansing
o Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
o U.S. Citizenship
o Master's degree in a STEM field
o 3+ years of experience working with data analytics techniques and frameworks
o Experience with databases (e.g. SQL) and programming (e.g. ETL frameworks)
o Proficiency with data analysis and dashboard creation using Tableau
o Experience with queries, report writing, and presenting findings
o Active, in-scope, Secret Security Clearance
Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
School must be accredited.
