Chipton Ross is seeking a Jr. Project Manager for an opening in Stuart, FL.

The Jr. Project Manager to supports all facets of our facility's manufacturing and assembly of aircraft sub-assemblies. The ideal candidate will be able to manage complex projects.

" Apply Standard Work practices established for projects including development of plans, project timelines, executive summaries, and status updates.
" Support Program Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations Excellence to ensure plans are executed for Policy Deployment based on schedule timelines, goals and targets.
" Support activities on existing and new programs.
" Participate in SIOP (Supply Inventory Operations Planning) activities, EAC (Estimate at Completion) development for budgeting and new business development proposals.
" Actively support Lean initiatives for continuous improvement initiatives and Risk / Opportunities management.
" Support RAILs (Requested Action Item Lists) and prioritize tasks for actions.

" Associates degree in related field.
" 1-2 years of related experience (Aerospace preferred). College graduates and students working towards a degree with relevant work experience will be considered.
" Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to develop and interpret metrics as well as use them to drive decisions.
" Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office suite emphasizing Excel and Power-Point. Experience with SAP or other ERP/MRP/MES system a plus.
" Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. This position requires working with teams and interacting with all levels of the organization.
" Understanding of Lean principles and Value Streams.
" This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a United States Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.

1st Shift, 5/40

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
