- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Reverse Logistics Specialist for an opening in Swedesboro, NJ.
Generate multiple reports via Excel
Track large amounts of shipments daily
Monitor shipments while tracking to determine if an exception has occurred
Investigate cause of exception
Responsible for problem resolution for clients and partners
Follow all relevant Standard Operating Procedures, client protocols, and quality criteria in accordance with good manufacturing practices in all areas of responsibility.
Maintain, organize and share exception notes
Responsible for managing phone calls from client and internal staffs
Responsible for managing high volume of emails from client and internal staff
Provide essential information, timely to client and internal staff
Ensure continuous customer satisfaction
Logistics experience – activities include inbound and outbound transportation management, management of third-party logistic service providers
Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
Strong computer skills a must
Proficient in Outlook - creating folders, categories, quicksteps
Proficient in Excel - organizing, formulas and conditional formatting
Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to analyze and summarize large sets of data
Ability to problem solve
Attention to detail
Must be able to work independently
Professionalism, phone etiquette, and customer service skills a must
Perform special project and other various duties as needed
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
