Chipton-Ross is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for an opening in Eugene, OR.
The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for managing the Linchpin Project process meetings, monitor and track the project budget, update and maintain the KPI and tracking dashboards, project trackers and A3 Bowler. Assist project lead with process improvements and communication to various stakeholders.
Leads and facilitates teleconferences and provides timely provision of reports and updates.
Tracks metrics; maintains a project dashboards and reports on project progress; update adobe reporting segments and finance reports with new SKUs each month
Has responsibility to monitor the budget, forecast and track project spend
Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals
Assist in building PowerPoint presentations for communicating project progress to a variety of stakeholders
Assign duties to staff to implement project goals, as needed
Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable
Liaise with project lead and other stakeholders to maintain project schedule and efficacy
Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
Coordinate with project managers and other project participants following project execution
1-5 years of proven and successful experience in the hiring industry
Verifiable leadership experience and capabilities, with past successful project execution
Ability and desire to work collaborative to ensure successful project execution
Working knowledge of necessary industry-related tools (Office 365 -Teams, Sharepoint, Excel, Power Point).
Expert-level experience with computer operating systems, such as Microsoft and MacOS
Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively
Requires excellent communication, organizational skills and project co-ordination skills.
Accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field preferably in a health-related field.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
