- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Customer Care Representative for an opening in Lenexa, KS.
Ensure all account relationships are being supported with the highest level of attention and timely follow through on all aspects of account management. Manage all customer orders from receipt, entry, shipment, and provide tracking to customers. Manage all incoming and outgoing phone calls for assigned accounts. Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers. Build long-term relationships with clients and customers. Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues. Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities. Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
Intuitive to customers’ needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Four to five years of customer service or sales is required, Must understand customer relationship management (CRM). Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly. Exceptionally friendly and positive attitude. Professional written and verbal communications a must. Ability to work well with others and lead a team. Attentive to detail, organized and ability to work under pressure. Strong commitment to meeting goals and deadlines. Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time. Project management experience a plus. MicroSoft Office software proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
