Chipton-Ross is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for an opening in Las Cruces, NM.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This will include handling the various aspects of data entry across multiple platforms. Attention to detail will be your North Star while completing tasks in a timely manner.
" Perform Data Entry and assist Maintenance Control and Planning with Administrative duties
" Sync data analysis tools (pivot tables, managing data models, etc.)
" Run Excel models to updates KPIs
" Work within the client defined processing guidelines
" Following Standard Operating Procedures
" Promotes communication and collaborations between departments.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
" Minimum of 2 years of progressive responsibility when it comes to data entry
" Excellent computer skills including demonstrated advanced skills with Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
" Demonstrates a proven record of exceeding customer expectations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
" Professional, positive approach with demonstrated integrity, and the ability to be assertive without being demanding.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
" Experience in fast-paced environment
" Exceptional Excel capabilities
" Experience from a start-up environment.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:Mon-Thurs 3:00PM - 1:30AM
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
