- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Stability Administrator for an opening in High Point, NC.
As a Stability Administrator you are responsible for the day-to-day operations related to the Stability Program at the High Point site. The candidate must posses excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and a proven history of working successfully in a team environment.
Execute day-to-day operations of the Stability Program to support the Quality Control and Analytical Development departments ensuring timely, effective, and compliant operation to meet project requirements. Administrates the scheduled handling of all stability samples from receipt, sample submissions to the appropriate laboratory for testing, through discarding remaining samples. Review data packages to ensure documentations are in accordance with department and company procedures. Assist with tracking capacity and usage of stability chambers. Perform daily monitoring of stability chambers to ensure compliance with internal procedures. Ensures a high level of regulatory compliance in the administration of the stability program. Maintains the stability samples areas. This includes monitoring the areas for proper functioning, reviewing the area monitoring environmental conditions, maintenance and/or replacement of the monitoring devices, maintaining documentation for each area, and disposal of remaining samples from completed stability studies per appropriate procedures and work instructions. Coordinates the initiation (including obtaining, labeling, and placing samples in the appropriate environmental condition) of annual, process validation, bulk product, and pre-commercial stability studies.
Knowledge of cGMP requirements. Knowledge of International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word). Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail.
Position requires ordinary ambulatory skills and physical coordination sufficient to move about office locations; manipulation (lift, carry, move) of light to medium weights of approximately 30 points,; visual acuity to use a keyboard, computer monitor, operate equipment, and read materials for prolonged periods of time.
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
(Bachelors in a scientific discipline preferred)
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
