- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Communications Rep 3 for an opening in Orlando, FL.
Create and execute multiple communication plans that emphasize change management methodologies to help employees adopt new ideas and technologies.
Assist in the creation and execution of larger strategic communications that help employees, teams and leaders understand Client’s Digital Transformation efforts.
Partner with employees and leaders across the business to create and publish meaningful content about MFC’s Business Transformation.
Provide insightful, informed and strategic counsel to a large, cross-functional team of leaders and colleagues.
Align strategic messaging and identifies synergies in support of integrated communications across Agile Transformation, Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, IT and other related efforts.
Collaborate with corporate communications Digital Transformation partners regularly to ensure alignment of efforts and messaging.
Identify and report on the team’s outcome-focused metrics to convey the business value of Communications.
Manage creation of graphics, photos and videos with our visual communications team.
Support other special projects, if required.

•Experience developing integrated communications plans
•Ability to translate technical jargon into easily understandable content
• Experience in a corporate communications environment

•Expertise in digital and social media trends and practices

•Working knowledge of change management strategies or change management communications
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
4/10, 1st Shift
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
