Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Technical Writer II for an opening in Austin, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and revise documents for manufacturing operations. Submit and shepherd document redlines through change control process in Agile software system. Works closely with the Technical Operations and Quality Assurance in multiple Operations tasks. Prepare written work instructions and manufacturing documentation. Support QMS record keeping. Work in cross-functional teams to support process and material changes. Lead teams in process risk assessments. Other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years’ experience document writing and/or change control. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be well organized and detail oriented. Knowledge of ISO 13485 and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Knowledge Agile, SAP, and Trackwise applications is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Proficient use of the English language.

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a Life Sciences Discipline from a four-year college or university.

Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
1st Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
