- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Digital Solutions Architect for an opening in Franklin, MA.
You will craft, develop, and coordinate digital solution development for a new family of products intended to test for the presence of pathogens in ambient air of shared indoor environments. Our cloud-based solution will be integral to achieving customer success.
Lead the design of a cloud-based application/service for data collection from instrumentation into the cloud. This will be inclusive of both the cloud solution as well as instrumentation connectivity to that solution. You will ensure the design is compatible with any overall cloud based workflow solution. Develop a proof-of-concept prototype implementation of the solution. Develop/coordinate implementation of overall solution. Collaborate with Product Management, R&D and Services to define product requirements and scope, then translate into technical specification. Lead and work with internal and external software professional services and other solution providers to plan, design, develop and implement the solution. Design and lead post-deployment product support (digital part) process and structure. Support product team in defining a roadmap to new offerings and capabilities and lead planning and execution of that roadmap. Maintain good knowledge and awareness of the latest cloud technologies and applications and ensure security and capability for the customer.
Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; higher level technical degree is highly preferred.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
