Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the International Sales and/or Purchase Order Management process, customer satisfaction (internal and external), support, account reconciliation, and supporting the revenue stream of Client, Working in a customer service team, interfacing with plants/shipping locations, Logistics, Credit, Accounts Receivable, Regulatory, and other Client departments. This position operates in a highly regulated international environment.

Requirements:
o 3 to 5 with Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of relevant customer service experience without Bachelor's degree. In both cases, minimum 2 years of international experience (50% or more of job is international order management), 3-6 years of experience in a customer service or other customer facing role.
o Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and Power Point.
o Strong communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving & decision making skills; presentation skills
o Customer Order processing in an enterprise system, SAP is strongly preferred.
o Knowledgeable in and consistent use of Incoterms 2010 is required.
o Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP Master Data, has demonstrated knowledge of the export/import order processes and key fields for expected results, Available to Promise (ATP), etc. Familiar with and uses resources appropriately when researching issues, foreign regulation changes, etc.
o Client is a Chemical company and as such, all employees are expected to learn and champion Client's safety culture, exhibit personal safety and learn about products and processes. Attends required safety trainings and meetings, and actively contribute to upholding our safety culture by living our safety values.

Education:
o Bachelor's Degree with Emphasis in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain or equivalent relevant customer service experience.

Schedule: Full time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
