Chipton-Ross is seeking a Technical Support Case Manager in Skaneateles , NY.

Technical Support Case Manager

Primary focus on Field Service Dispatching including:
-Timely processing and monitoring to completion of Field Service Dispatches.
Supporting Field Service team members in coordination of internal resources as needed for customer dispatches. parts ordering and data entry.
Requirements:
Associate's degree in technical discipline, project management or equivalent work/school experience is preferred.
2+ years previous experience with direct customer contact is required as this is a direct customer interface position. Hourly position.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
