Chipton-Ross is seeking a Software Engineer II for an opening in Grand Prairie, TX.
Selected candidate will be fluent in modern C++ development as well as fluent in the testing of applications in lab environments with tactical hardware. Candidate will need the ability to create tests based on published performance requirements. The candidate will need the ability to create documents to cover design, test, and usage of products that they develop.

Willingness and ability to travel (Moorestown NJ, Sunnyvale & Santa Cruz CA)
C++ 14 or greater
Domain Knowledge of Air and Missile Defense
GitLab (DevOps Lifecycle tool, configuration mgmt, continuous integration)
Fortify (Static analysis)
Java SDK (Software Development Kit) – Extensive experience
Netbeans IDE (Integrated Development Environment) – Extensive experience
JIRA (Issue Tracking)
RTI Data Distribution Services (DDS) (Middleware / Machine to Machine communication API)
VMWare (Virtual Machine application for hard drive partitioning and host emulating)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
