Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Support Planning & Management Specialist 4 for an opening in Ridley Park, PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads and executes significant elements of the integrated support program activities for an established or follow-on program to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities. Leads plans and schedules development and supports trade studies for support programs for multiple platforms and systems. Coordinates engineering change proposals and baseline support concepts and challenges inconsistencies for clarification. Establishes leads and executes test plans and validates support requirements for product design. Position Responsibilities:
•Identify contractual requirements, develop a project plan, and manage project schedules, cost and deliverables to ensure Customer requirements are satisfied from contract award through completion
•Coordinates and assist all stakeholders (Supply Chain, Retrofit Engineering, Retrofit Install teams, Program Management etc…) in the scheduling and installation of field V-22 Weapons System configuration changes
•Support proposal process to ensure timely and accurate proposals, task rationales and basis of estimates are developed
•Conducts mod/retrofit and sustainment impact reviews and makes recommendations
•Support Customer fact finding, negotiations and identify risks as necessary
•Develop and maintain relevant metrics for Program visibility & reporting. Brief Internal and Customer leadership
•Responds to customer inquiries and coordinate with stakeholder teams to develop mitigation plans to avoid issues

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
•1+ years of Proposal development experience
•1+ years of Project Management experience
•3+ years of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE:
•V-22 program experience
•Modification/ Retrofit experience
•EVM Certification
•Practical application of client Program Management Best Practices

EDUCATION:
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

TRAVEL: YES
Travels for work approximately 10 -15% of the time

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
