Chipton-Ross is seeking Business Analyst - Generalist - Level 2 for an opportunity in US - CA - Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES: A Generalist Business Analyst is the primary liaison between the business community, technology organization and external partners for all project requirements during the analysis phase of a project. He or she is responsible for proactively conducting interviews with all project stakeholders to elicit functional requirements in an organized manner, then managing and communicating those requirements throughout the project life-cycle. Upon establishment of the requirements baseline, he or she will address change management issues and assist in test planning.
o Analyze the existing systems and highlight areas of improvement
o Enhance opportunities by identifying new software/service to be developed
o Analyze and decompose complex requirements
o Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions
o Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert in requirement elicitation
o Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts
o Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications
o Facilitate change and configuration management
o Monitor performance, discover variances and propose necessary actions.
o Validate the functionality of the end product according to the requirement specifications
o Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports.
Daily responsibilities including-
o Reviewing and approving Job Postings
o Facilitating Supplier Calls for new Job Postings, as needed
o Reviewing and Shortlisting Job Seekers
o Reviewing, approving, and activating Work Orders and Work Order Revisions
o Reviewing and approving SOW and SOW Revision requests
o Reviewing and approving SOW Worker and SOW Worker Revision requests
o Reviewing and approving Profile Worker requests
o Reviewing and validating NDA's for contingent workers
o Email correspondence with WB Engagement Managers and Suppliers, as needed, in order to support all users with answering questions, resolving issues, and processing requests
o Reporting activities including, but not limited to, weekly Workers Approaching End Date reports and notifications to engagement managers
o Facilitating requests to add new suppliers to the system
o Ad-hoc assignments, as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: We are looking for an analyst to join the Contingent Workforce Mgmt Office (CWMO) in support of WB and WarnerMedia.
o 3+ years' experience working in a Contingent Workforce or Vendor Mgmt related capacity preferred
o Fieldglass experience is not required, but is highly preferred
o SharePoint and Office365 experience preferred
o An understanding or familiarity of the WB organization is a plus
o Must be W2 employee of provider
o Must be customer service oriented
o Must be an excellent communicator, both written and orally
o Must be detail oriented
o Must be a team player and able to work in a team-centric environment
o Must be able to understand complex processes and is good at seeing how various items relate to each other in a macro-level way
o Must be accurate and able to self-audit
o Must be able to operate in an ambiguous fast-paced environment
o Must be able to acquire and apply knowledge rapidly

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
