Chipton-Ross is seeking an Electrical Engineer for an opening in Northampton, MA.
• Reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting analog and digital hardware
in a production floor environment. Strong hardware troubleshooting skills is
• Capable of isolating failures to the component level, and driving to true
• Capable of providing failure analysis write-ups to support documentation
• Review PWB artwork for printed circuits, provide part selection, specify
cabling, develop or specify test methods and associated test equipment
• Capable of identifying alternate parts as part of obsolescence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are require
Reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting analog and digital hardware in a production floor environment. Strong hardware troubleshooting skills is required.
Capable of isolating failures to the component level, and driving to true root cause.
Capable of providing failure analysis write-ups to support documentation closures.
When not troubleshooting, candidate may be called upon to assist in other related areas such as test procedures and test equipment corrections and updates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
