Description
Chipton Ross is seeking a Finance Intern in Wauwatosa, WI.

Responsibilities:
- Collect Data from SalesForce billing adjustment cases.
- Assist is creating a system to cross-reference case data against approved list and perform cross-reference.
- Work with sales team to resolve issues in data collected.
- A successful candidate will be able to work with others as a creative problem solver.
- Other duties as assigned.
Activities:
o Utilize SalesForce to run reports and collect data from cases.
o Compile data in Excel and utilize tools to preform comparisons.
o Assist in developing process in Microsoft Access to facilitate checking data and preform checks.
o Identify issues with data collected and work with Sales to resolve.
o Practice safe work habits in accordance with OSHA and EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations.
Context And Environment:
- Heavy use of computer software, both PC based and enterprise system, combined with frequent interpersonal communication. Includes the use of ERP, CRM (Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office.
Accountabilities:
o Efficient and accurate collection of data.
o Efficient and accurate checking of data and use deductive reasoning to interpret data.

Requirements:
o Enrolled in Bachelor degree program for Accounting, Finance or General Business.
o Strong analytical reasoning skills.
o Intermediate skill in Excel. Additional experience with Access, ERP and CRM systems (i.e., SAP, Salesforce.com) helpful, comfort learning new programs required.

Education:
o Enrolled in Bachelor degree program for Accounting, Finance or General Business.

Schedule:
Full time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
