Description


Chipton Ross is seeking a Talent Sourcer for an opening in REMOTE, but MUST be local to Los Angeles, CA or Las Vegas, NV.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
" 5+ Years of In-house or RPO Passive Sourcing Experience
" Must be an expert in passive talent sourcing methodology (Flip, Xray, Boolean, Cold Calling, Email Blasts, Social Sourcing, etc.)
" Must have experience sourcing for highly technical talent a particular focus in Hardware and Software (or blend thereof) is mandatory
" Metrics of Success:
Weekly:
" 20 Submittals to Recruiting Team
Quality:
" Of every 3 Submittals, 1 Must Progress to a Screen with a Recruiter

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED required

WORK SCHEDULE:
1st Shift
**must be local due to required meetings a few times a month**

Employment will be contingent on clearing a background check. Must clear prior to start date.
