Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Payroll Analyst - LOA Team for an opening in Pittsburgh, PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate and analyze Leave of Absence reports daily. Calculate leave of absence payments according to state, local and company requirements. Organize payments to employees for a variety of leaves types in a timely manner. Trouble shoot errors / issues with payments made to employees. Navigate in Workday, eTime and ADP PayForce software systems. Interact with employees, managers and administrators in a professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in Payroll and/or Human Resources. Knowledge of wage and hours laws associated with leave of absences. Excellent Excel skills. Strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently. Detail oriented and ability to multi-task. Experience in maintaining confidentiality and working in a deadline driven environment. Excellent verbal skills / ability to discuss pay issues with employees.

Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Workday, eTime and/or ADP. PayForce. Advanced Excel user

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
