Chipton-Ross is seeking Client Support Specialists to support a few of our largest clients for openings in Indiana and California.

This position will require a detail-oriented, energetic, self-driven and flexible team player who has very strong written and verbal communication skills and have heavy client interface.

Description:
Candidate will provide support for recruiting staff by administrating client job orders, entering candidate submittals, coordinating interviews with clients, performing other data entry in the database and excel. This individual will back-up the Account Manager and help with the client hiring process.

Requirements:
Ability to multi-task and deal with many different levels of the hiring process in a team environment. Must have a proficiency in computers, including MS Office and strong knowledge of Excel. Experience with Vendor Management Software (VMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.

Education:
College degree.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
