Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Account Coordinator for an opening in Plainsboro, NJ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Fulfill all customers pre-sales requests including samples, pricing & plant trials.
• Manage significant amount of regulatory coordination of documents: Ensures quality, regulatory and sustainability related customer inquiries are entered into internal system in a timely fashion. Returns completed documentation to customer once available. Follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines are being met. Follow up with internal teams around incomplete documentation.
• On a daily basis, handle daily customer inquiries, provides necessary information and interfaces with the customer in partnership with the Account Manager.
• Supports Account Manager(s) with other customer facing aspects such as customer visits (virtual and on-site) which could include details such as catering and other logistical coordination.
• Independently manage new customer setup requests which may include but is not limited to: Partnering with Account Manager to ensure lead is entered into Atlas, enter tickets into internal ticketing system to set up new customers with feedback from customer on credit needs, etc.
• Make requests for data maintenance purposes through internal ticketing system
• Requests price quotations from pricing office via internal CRM system; prepares price letters and effectively maintains all price related files for customers from a pre-sales perspective. Enters pricing into SAP in line with established protocols.
• Partners with Pricing Office and team on annual Price Increase process. Manages the entire process for assigned territories including navigating complex excel files and copy/pasting data manually into word document template. In partnership with Account Manager, communicates with customer and co-packers around annual price increases.
• Supports Account Manager(s) with other customer facing aspects such as customer visits (virtual and on-site) which could include details such as catering and other logistical coordination.
• Supporting the department to process and maintain legal documents via Firmenich’s end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management solution.
• Communicates regularly with account managers and develops positive relations and strong networking with other internal departments; keeping them informed of customer activity.
• Ensures all data in SAP is consistently accurate and maintained on an ongoing basis.
• Participates and works on special projects . May act as a superuser for various working tools for the region including Budget , Latest Estimate Planning and other internal corporate initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 1-3 years of related administrative/sales support/customer care experience required
• Intermediate or Advanced Excel user experience
• Experience using SAP
• Experience in the food or flavor industry
• Intermediate or Expert level excel user with the aptitude to gain insights and drive decision making using data
• The ability to solve problems through a critical thinking, data driven lens

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

SHIFT:
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
