Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 EE Technical Designer 1's located in Ridley Park, PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in the development and maintenance of electrical/mechanical drawings, systems designs or engineering documentation and data by applying Company, industry and governmental standards. Uses basic design tools to prepare documentation and incorporates basic design changes. Supports systems design by preparing design layouts, modifying existing designs and completing assigned tasks. Supports engineering system design and functionality validation activities. Works under close supervision.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
o College coursework and/or work experience with computer aided design tools and systems (e.g., computer aided design / computer aided manufacturing (CAD / CAM) software)
o MS Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience

DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
o Mentor Graphics Capital (MGC) or Enovia experience
o CATIA V5 experience
o Experience in wire harness design, wire harness installation or equipment installation
o College coursework and/or work experience with Boeing design, production, and build processes is a PLUS

EDUCATION:
Accredited AA degree in related discipline.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must work onsite; no remote option.

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
