Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking 6 Staff Analyst 4's for an opening in San Antonio, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives. Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives. Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations. Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture. Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs). Develops executive level briefings. Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events. Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status. Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Leads the development and deployment of training content. Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide IPT and Functional project management / program analyst support including:

Maintaining resources utilization plans
Updating and coordinating inputs into staffing data base (ESP)
Providing CAM assist support as required
Coordinate and develop presentation material
Organize change incorporation based on understanding of prioritization
Develop, track and extract metrics for productivity, quality, and cycle time, and other areas required to drive cost, schedule and technical performance
Other tasks as assigned by IPT / Functional leaders


REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).





FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position will require the ability to obtain customer approval for access. Dual citizenship or prior citizenship of any other country may preclude ability to obtain access. A 3rd party background check relating to personal and business finances, residences, employment history, past drug use, prior military service, and criminal behavior will be conducted prior to a start date.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.




Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
