Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking two Payroll Assistant 2's for an opportunity in Irving, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs a variety of statistical tasks and clerical duties required to prepare payroll data for computer input.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma & 2 years of related education, i.e. business or accounting and/or relevant work experience
Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite (excel, word, and PowerPoint)
Basic experience working with a timekeeping and/or payroll platform
Basic experience working with a HR management system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fundamentals of Payroll Certification [1 year completion requirement]

Preferred Qualifications:
Associate Degree or higher education
Basic Work Day and/or PeopleSoft
Basic Payroll SAP
Basic Service Now case management experience

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
5/40 workweek.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
