Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Incoming Raw Material Inspector for an opening in Frederick, MD.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspect, sample and/or test material to established methods and standards. Document inspection and test results according to established procedures. Maintain quality documentation files such as Inspection History Records. Process returned material to established procedures. Read and interpret documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), schematics, technical drawings, ECOs, etc. Interface with other functions and departments as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Ability to work in warehouse setting, lifting and moving product.

REQUIREMENTS:
1 to 3 years experience in a related position. Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to read specifications and procedures. Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office, ERP System. GMP experience a plus.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
Shift: First, must work 8 hours between 7am and 6pm

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
