Chipton-Ross is seeking a Multi-Media Graphic Designer 5 for an opening in Seattle, WA.

Oversees the design and development of multi-media campaigns and integration of digital media, special effects, animation and other visual images. Consults with customers on digital media requirements. Recommends company direction for image and identity issues, standard processes and specifications. Oversees all aspects of tests and implements new interactive designs. Develops project strategy and advises on matters related to corporate identity.
o Leads enterprise-wide efforts to identify, develop/adapt and deploy publications, graphics, media and technology.
o Oversees technology processes and consults with business units on options available for creating and delivering media solutions.
o Identifies, communicates and implements business planning, campaign and event management best practices.
o Develops and monitors project plans, statements of work, schedules, project estimates and resource allocations.
o Evaluates customer requirements. Recommends solutions that employ new industry techniques and methods. Provides strategic options for future requirements.
o Verifies brand, schedule, cost and delivery of project requirements.
o Competitive analysis: Analyze competitors for their strengths, weaknesses, and unique ways they pursue customers. Use that data to inform strategies that will stand out from the noise and appeal to a targeted audience.
o Pipeline management: Ensure production hits editorial calendar and project milestones, stays within budget and meets delivery dates
o Tie together big ideas/concepts in a way that engages customers
o Authentically lead customers to the appropriate client solution

o Responsible for keeping everyone on task and projects on deadline, handling the logistics and keeping all parties updated on the progress
o Experience working on an agile team, understanding of product ownership and scrum master roles
o Familiarity with managing processes, not people
o Editing experience
o SEO experience
o Experience working with large volume of content and distributed teams
o Familiarity with website best practices (UX, SEO, content)
o Experience working with enterprise clients
o 5+ years of marketing and digital strategy and content development experience

Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).

WORK HOURS: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Hybrid work schedule

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
