Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Customer Service Representative II for an opening in Tewksbury, MA.

OBJECTIVE:
Primary responsibility is to respond to all inquiries from Customers and Sales and be the point of contact for all issues related to order fulfillment. Ensuring customer happiness through outbound communication and systematic customer reviews. Lead the customer first attitude with exemplary customer understanding, communication and responses. Act as the customer advocate for issues relating to service, sales, product quality, finance and other departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer 50 – 70 Inbound calls per day. Make 60 – 80 Outbound calls per day. Ability to display professionalism and courtesy. This includes but is not limited to; providing accurate information, using the proper client scripting, voice tone, inflection, expressing empathy and displaying a willingness to assist. Accurately identify and escalate AE/PQC to client within 1 business day. Field caller complaints and escalate via the request for supervisor process. Respond to sample accountability emails within 24 hours of receipt. Daily spreadsheet completion & submissions (AV, Touchstone & FEDEX). Data & Documentation management (DTP and usmmempsi.cc.com mailbox usage). Attendance and On phone percentages (90% or better). Adherence to all CWI, SOP, Federal regulations as well as all policy and procedure

REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years customer service experience within a inbound call center environment. Above average computer skills. Must have good telephone etiquette. Excellent written communication skills. Proficiency in utilizing online database systems. Independent, positive attitude and role model behavior.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School graduate (some college preferred)

SHIFT:
Full-Time
Mon-Fri 8am-4pm

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
