Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Business Analyst for an opening in Hillsboro, OR.

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Business Analyst in support to the R&D Global Portfolio Group. The group manages the Division-wide portfolio of development projects for scanning electron microscopy tools.

Reporting to the GPG Portfolio – Program Manager III, the primary position responsibility is to aid in the development and adoption of a next generation Portfolio Management Tools and Processes. This role will focus on creating automated solutions and reports using Microsoft services and products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Migrate legacy SharePoint sites content to modern SharePoint look. Learn needed tooling to convert existing SharePoint forms to Power Apps solution. Catalog reporting systems resources on a SharePoint web site. Perform report quality assessment audit of reporting environment. Identify refactoring and cleansing opportunities within data model. Develop & implement quality metrics for reporting environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 based tools and databases. Exposure to Power BI, SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps. Attention to detail and quality in work products. Must possess the ability to be resourceful and work, with direction, in an ambiguous environment. Must be able to work effectively with colleagues in the Central European Time zone. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:
Working toward BS in Computer Science or BS Business Administration (Analysis) degree.
Accredited High School Diploma/GED required.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
Shift: 8 – 5 ish, +/ 1-2 hrs

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
