Chipton-Ross is seeking a Content Process & Training Specialist for a remote opening.

The Content Process & Training Specialist leads the training and support of processes for thermofisher.com. The Content Process & Training Specialist is a highly skilled problem-solver, encouraging collaboration between cross-functional teams to streamline access to and delivery of web content that meets best-in-class quality standards. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for developing materials and facilitating training across our global organization.

Responsible for administration & process support within the enterprise instance of Workfront, defining roles and responsibilities of the web impacted processes within the tool. Leads related training & documentation tracks/efforts to build upon web governance and process improvements.

Lead related training & documentation tracks/efforts to build upon web governance and process improvements. Support the administration support for all eBusiness Content Intake within the Enterprise Instance of Workfront – supporting new implementation, configuration & deployment within the tool. Support creating reports, dashboards, custom forms & templates within Workfront. Act as Subject Matter Expert for all processes within Workfront (eBusiness Content Intake) Assess training needs & process updates through regular communication with employees, surveys, consultation with managers or focus groups. Communicate all processes and governance guidelines globally across business units, own regular touchpoints to provide updates. Work closely with the team to identify and lead governance initiatives – documenting these guidelines and building them into cross-divisional processe. Consult with executives, managers, key stakeholders, and individual contributors to assess change impacts of process, organizational structure, and policy shifts. Work with SME’s to define and document solutions that provide efficiency and scalability to the existing processes within Workfront. Create and deliver change management plans, communication, documentation, and training materials. Maintain best practices, standards, and guidelines to ensure continued efficiency and document changes accordingly. Serve as subject matter expert across the organization to aid in driving further efficiencies and gains by participating in PPI, Kaizen events, using the PPI Business System as a basis for leading change.

1+ years of project, program and/or content management experience. 2+ years working experience of Workfront as a user or administrator. 1+ years training facilitation and/or instructional design. Experience with content management systems, practices, and processes desired. Self-motivated work style with strong adherence to deadlines and the ability to work well under pressure. Proactive thinking, constantly seeking improvement opportunities in processes. Able to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, matrixed environment. Attention to detail and the ability to write technical documentation & processes. Credible, confident and articulate, with excellent communication and presentation skills and the gravitas to deliver ideas clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Works cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness

Accredited Bachelor’s degree (Life Science, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Instructional Design, or related degree)


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
