Chipton-Ross is seeking a Marketing Specialist for an opening in Remote, CA.

Develop and implement effective communication strategies for our Online Community
Collaborate with Online Communications Specialists and other cross-functional teams (PR, Media, Digital, Regional Marketing, MarCom, etc.)
Manage communication plans for our Online Community throughout the year to ensure projects are initiated on time, and completed on target and within budget
Partner with Product Marketing to develop effective value propositions and outbound messaging
Write, edit and proof collateral, presentations and web content
Ensure that marketing campaign content is compliant, by working with legal and regulatory teams
Plan, develop and execute print collateral, ads and media, as well as social, direct and digital marketing
Analyze and report effectiveness of campaigns
Build long-term relationships with influencers and key stakeholders

Solid background in online communities with knowledge across the entire communications mix and channels
Experience in online community platforms required
Industry knowledge a plus
Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple diverse projects in parallel
Extremely detail-oriented
High level of intensity and comfort level with change
Exceptional copy writing and editing skills
Strong computer skills required; experience with project management and budgeting software a plus

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Management or equivalent preferred

Full- Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
