Chipton-Ross is seeking a Structures Mechanic for an opening in Eglin AFB, FL.
Plans, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces for aircraft modification in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations.
Low observable coatings and composites
Read and interpret F-22 engineering drawings, electrical systems schematics, technical manuals, structure repair manuals, understanding symbols, flags, and general notes - Identify aircraft locations by station, butt-line, and waterline as shown on engineering documentation and technical orders. Work with precision measuring instruments, micrometers, calipers, tape measures, and standard scales. Utilizes tools to include but not limited to drills, sanders, angle motors, shears, drill press, special tools, and pneumatic riveter. Interprets and uses various test equipment and works from wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, job guides, and maintenance manuals.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
