Chipton-Ross is seeking a Bulk Delivery Driver/Operations Temp for an opening in St. Paul, MN

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Bulk Delivery/Operations Temp is a Hybrid role that combines responsibilities for bulk delivery & warehouse/loading. As a Bulk Delivery Driver, you will provide seamless customer service and product delivery to all assigned accounts. To implement and maintain perfect Red Bull merchandising standards in all your accounts while consistently meeting pre-determined receiving window. As a Warehouse Associate/Loader the primary responsibilities include assisting in all warehouse activities, including, but not limited to, loading, repacking, inventory and maintenance. Deliver Red Bull products to assigned RBDC accounts. Collect required documentation from all assigned accounts upon delivery of product.Ensure that all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order. Abide by RBDC payment terms for each of your customers. Other duties as may be assigned
Assist with loading trucks with Red Bull products that complies with Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) standards.Confirm trucks are loaded accurately, as per Account Sales Manager’s request. Ensure product is rotated on trucks and in warehouse in accordance with expiration dates.Properly clean and repackage product as set forth by RBDC standards.Appropriately dispose of damaged and / or Out Of Code (OOC) product once approved by the Operations Manager.Maintain cleanliness of warehouse by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily and using floor scrubber periodically.
REQUIREMENTS:
Current driver’s license with clean driving record
· CDL (with DOT medical card) is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including being able to present / roll play in a group setting, selling to customers, customer service interactions. Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Strong technical skills with smartphone technology. Strong observatory and analytical skills in assessing product inventory. Strong organizational skills as demonstrated by an ability to set and handle multiple priorities.Exceptional time management skills and punctuality.Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage necessary.Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage.Employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Employee frequently is required to walk and sit. Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as needed. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Forklift and commercial vehicle operations

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED required
SHIFT:
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
