Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a HR Support for an opening in Littleton/Waterton, CO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role provides recruitment and pre-onboarding support to the Space GTA experienced professional recruiting and hiring management team. The position works closely coordinating recruitment support from initial interview scheduling and travel to offer acceptance. This includes generating background checks and security clearances, setting start dates (converting candidates into employees), coordinating pre-employment activity, and preparing candidates for general onboarding at Lockheed Martin. Position works closely providing talent advisory support with professional experienced level candidates, GTA recruiters and LM Space hiring managers, Leaders, HRBPs, and other key stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

REQUIREMENTS:
o Recruitment Coordination duties include providing talent advisory and guiding candidate's hiring processes and activities, scheduling interviews and travel, generating background and security checks, generating offer letters and finalizing start dates, providing key communications and participating in project work.
o Managing hiring eligibility verification processes (Background checks, Security Clearance Verification, etc.)
o Conducting candidate application, rehire eligibility, compensation, COI & other hiring required forms review.
o Maintaining confidential staffing files, managing incoming and outgoing communications for recruiters, leaders, hiring managers and candidates including handling sensitive and proprietary information.
o Managing requisition audits and closure and related external hiring processes in support of ATS compliance & HRIS pre-boarding requirements for converting candidates into Lockheed employees.
o Role will be involved in various talent acquisition projects and/or technology tools like new hire experience tools and processes, I9 administration, HRIS pre-boarding metrics, digital transformation projects, lean process project work and others.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree

SHIFT:
First Shift - 4/10 schedule

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
