- Chipton-Ross is seeking 3 Product Acceptance Specialist A's for an opening in Wichita, KS.
Verifies basic product conformance to design requirements. Provides objective evidence of results. Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepancies using non-conformance system. Segregates and controls non-conforming items. Reviews rework dispositions. Assists in product reviews with internal customer during product or process verification.
Must have past aviation experience
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Top 3-5 Skills needed to perform this role/job: AS9100, FAA regulations, QMS Training.
• Type of background (education, # yrs experience, etc.): aerospace manufacturing
• Software skills required: Basic computing ability
• Any certifications required: NONE
Candidate must be local; this is 100% on-site.
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. high school diploma/accredited GED).
Travel up to 20%.
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS:8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
This work assignment has been designated as "safety-sensitive" by the Client. Contractors assigned to safety-sensitive jobs at the Client site must first complete regulatory pre-placement requirements prior to reporting to assignment. Additionally, contractors assigned to safety-sensitive work will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with federal mandates.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
