Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Operator 1 for an opening in Lenexa, KS.

REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, and move about the production area as needed. Production Area is a clean room which is requires specific gowning. Clean room temperatures are normally in mid to high 60s Fahrenheit with humidity above 30%. Ability to work with both hands to move, handle and manipulate product. Ability to reach at the shoulder and away from the body. Occasional processes include forceful gripping and pushing. Must be able to work with small hand tools and powered equipment. Ability to bend, lift, and twist. Must be able to lift and move objects ranging from only a few ounces up to 30 pounds regularly. Objects of various sizes and shapes will be handled or moved on table surfaces, storage bins and racks. Occasionally team lifting will be required to handle of an awkward shape. Team lifting will be required to lift objects over 50 pounds.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift.
Note this is a rotating shift, so 2 days working per week then the next week is 5 days and then back to two days.
Ex. 1st week you work Monday and Tuesday, Off on Wednesday and Thursday then work Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
2nd Week you are off Monday and Tuesday, Work on Wednesday and Thursday and Off on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

1st Shift: 6am to 6:30pm
2nd shift: 6pm to 6:30am

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
