Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Receptionist for an opening in Goose Creek, SC.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Greets all incoming personnel, visitors, customers, etc. in a professional manner.
o Handles all incoming calls in a professional manner.
o Assists management personnel with various requests.
o Maintains office supplies, incoming and outgoing mail, and postage machine.
o Maintains order in the front office.
o Sets travel arrangements.
o Administer payroll for all hourly associates.
o Administer benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence and training documentation.
o Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
o Record and maintain the affirmative action plan.
o Other duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS:
o Must have excellent and accurate data entry and communication skills.
o Must be professionally dressed and well groomed.
o Must know Microsoft Office software.
o Individual must be able to successfully manage prioritizing multiple assignments.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups preferred.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals accurately. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret bar graphs accurately.

REASONING ABILITY
Requires analytical knowledge; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
JobBoss training certification preferred

EDUCATION:
Requires a High School diploma; and a minimum of four (4) years of clerical experience preferably in the human resources field.

SHIFT:
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
