Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Assistant for an opening in Frederick, MD.

SUMMARY:
The Manufacturing Operations Assistance will be responsible for supporting Frederick’s manufacturing leadership team to perform critical tasks. Role will work collaboratively with Manufacturing, Planning, Finance, and distribution to ensure process/data adherence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work order closure transaction in system to reflect prior day production completion. Procure and manage supply of indirect materials to support manufacturing schedule. Maintain and run various reports for the Operations Team. Compile scheduling and other data from various systems. Update materials flow status tracking system. Update Manufacturing key performance indicator.

REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years’ experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain management or office administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Assists in establishing office policies and procedures and coordinates special projects and department activities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Quick adaptability to change and able to work under ambiguity to deliver positive impact to business. Demonstrated ability in managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability in working well in a global organization within Operations and with external clients.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
Mon-Fri First Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
