Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Technical Recruiter for an opening in El Segundo, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will conduct interviews to recruit and refer job applicants for technical job openings. Will work with managers to create job requisitions, create job postings and support managers in the entire staffing process. Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities. May administer tests and interpret results, check references, extend formal job offers, and onboard new hires.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of recent recruiting experience.
Aerospace engineering experience (both hardware and software).
Aerospace and Defense industry experience.

EDUCATION:
Prefer an Associate's Degree or equivalent education and experience.

Additional: Client is OK with remote work, but candidate should be local in order to report to office for meetings or on a case by case basis.

Hours:
8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Employment will be contingent on clearing a background check. Must clear prior to start date.
