- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Graphics/ Labeling Specialist for an opening in Fremont, CA.
Our client is looking for an experienced Graphics/Labeling Specialist to create and revise labeling components for In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products and related documentation regulated by the FDA and ISO 13485. This position requires a person who is detail-oriented, can manage multiple priorities, and has strong organizational skills & nbsp;The Graphics/Labeling Specialist must be accustomed to working within established timelines and have a high attention to detail.
Updates and/or creates labeling components for sustaining or new product launches using Bartender, InDesign. Annotates/revises artwork graphics in Adobe Acrobat. Redlines and updates labeling and documentation to support labeling changes Prepares and routes PCO's and DCO's in the document management system. Maintains open communication and customer support to various functional groups within the organization.
Understanding of Bartender or InDesign software applications. Advanced organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with the ability to work in deadline oriented environment. Experience working on labeling components in a regulated environment. Understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Document Controls. Understanding of BOMs (Bill of Materials) and Specification documents. Must be able to write clear, understandable documentation.
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
M-F from 8 to 5
Need to be local to come into the office.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
