Chipton-Ross is seeking a Rebate Customer Service Representative for an opening in Pittsburg, PA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately load and verify customer rebate contracts and addendums on a daily basis.* Work with a team of 4 to ensure rebate contracts are loaded within a 24 hour time frame of receiving them from the supplier.* Effectively communicate contract issues & trends to Rebate Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:
Work with Pricing Administration to assist in helping them resolve contract issues. * Accurate results are imperative as errors directly affect customer pricing and our selling margins. Accurately load and verify customer rebate contracts and addendums on a daily basis.

HS/GED

SHIFT:
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
