Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administrative Generalist 2 in Newport News, VA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Represents organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Must have 3 Years with Bachelors; 1 Year with Masters.

Special Requirements:
• Communications Background
• Proficient in SharePoint
• Microsoft Office to include ability to write Excel formulas and build dashboards
• Run SAP/SuccessFactors reports.
• Prior experience in functional areas such as EEO, Ethics, Diversity & Inclusion.


EDUCATION:
Bachelors or Masters is required.

HOURS:
5/40 workweek
Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. This position has the opportunity for part time remote work. Onsite work will be required.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
