Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administrative Assistant II for an opening in Dallas, TX.

Plan and coordinate supportive services of an organization, such as record keeping, telephone operator/receptionist, and other office support services. Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for assigned supervisor/manager and the program team and its management. Activities include normal office functions such as maintaining program personnel rosters, planning and expensing business travel, maintaining office supplies and resolving facility or custodial issues, facilitating and arranging meetings and conferences, using personal computer tools to assist in development of papers/reports, presentations and databases, Sharepoint maintenance and manipulation, and provide support relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.

MS Office suite. Strong Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills. Prior experience with arranging business travel and preparing travel vouchers after completion of travel and reconciling charge card expenses, setting up complex meetings with virtual technology and dial in numbers as needed, keeping daily schedules for multiple leaders, de-conflicting meetings and conference rooms as needed; working with customers, executives and other companies for key meetings and reviews; answering the phone, routing calls, interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences including scheduling conference rooms.

Accredited High School Diploma/GED
