Chipton-Ross is seeking a Business Analyst for an opening in Remote, US

This position has responsibility for successfully maintaining day to day operational support as it relates to Asset Management to include procurement, managing a high volume of ticket requests, software and hardware asset data management. Candidate will also demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse and virtual team across multiple time zones and demonstrate exceptional level of social acumen and service oriented work style.


Mandatory Requirements:
Understanding of Hardware and Software Asset Management principles and life cycles. (HAM/SAM)
Demonstrated customer service, teaming, verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills:
Advanced reporting using MS Office Tools to make data pivot tables, summaries and trending.
Experience with creating reports using Microsoft Access, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS
Knowledge of IT support tools such as Service Now, SCCM and Snow
ITAM certifications such as CSAM, CHAMP, CITAD, etc.
Process oriented person with the ability to identify streamlining and automation opportunities and bring to closure.

Bachelor's Degree


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
