Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administrative Assistant 3 for an opportunity in Palmdale, CA.
Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. Schedules all Mandatory OSHA Physicals (100+ per month) and contractual physicals for Palmdale, Mojave and Edwards Air Force Base as well as following up with the employees and their management to ensure they make it to their scheduled appointments. Pull charts for the following day of scheduled physicals and file as needed. Issue/log Medical parking passes, Ordering and maintaining all Medical and Office supplies. Manage all incoming mail and distribute as necessary and send invoices to appropriate destinations for payment processing. Manage Safety Glasses form distribution Administrative Assistance to the ESHM Organization, examples records, metrics, PowerPoint presentations, etc

High school diploma or equivalent/GED is required.
School must be accredited.
5/40 work week. 8:30am – 5:00pm
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
