Chipton-Ross is seeking a Financial Analyst III for an opening in Fair Lawn, NJ.

Provide financial support for Ward Hill manufacturing site and become a strong business partner to the operations’ leadership team. Lead monthly/quarterly financial close for the manufacturing site. Drive rigorous and transparent financial reporting (including savings on productivity improvements, scrap, freight, distribution cost, inventory, backlog and backorder; production volume, overhead spending), run the site FP&A function. Lead development of annual budget (AOP), develop monthly/quarterly forecast for the site while owning and partnering on key lines on Operations P&L (Manufacturing spend, Scrap, E&O, Inventory Adjustments, PPV) Maintain and test site Internal controls (SOX), ensuring compliance and implementing corrective actions where required. Ensure adherence to Divisional Approval Authority Matrix/Corporate accounting policies Lead Site’s CAPEX requests preparation, review, and submission for approvals. Perform or lead special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.

Strong overall business acumen; although the primary responsibility is finance, this role will help to develop solutions to broader business issues. Experience in a global manufacturing organization is a MUST as is Experience in rolling out of financial systems and development of product cost methodologies. Superior quantitative and analytical capabilities with Advanced Excel skills. Strong financial systems capabilities (HFM, CMR, OMS, JD Edwards) Must be able to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks in a complex environment with strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
