Chipton-Ross is seeking a Product Data Management Specialist 3 for a remote contract opportunity.

Defines, documents and interprets product requirements relevant to certification, configuration, data and data management and engineering processes. Develops, documents and implements plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control. Tracks and reports data to monitor adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements; supports audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements. Assists with development certification plans, integrated process architecture infrastructures, process models, product structure definitions and/or data requirements/data management processes. Works general direction.

o Create Change Notices (CNs) for documents and drawings
o Release Drawings in Windchill and mark them as released in CPES
o Work the DM and CM tasks for RFRs, NRRs, and Supplements
o Assign change numbers as well as release Temporary Design Deviations, Production Memos, Early Advance Material Requests, Program Directives
o Work 9500/9501 requests - creating CNs and entering the commitments into CPES
o Support the SLS drawing release tag up every other week
o Process APDM Account Requests
o Assign/Reassign APDM roles on Change Notice Creation
o Process Title renames
o Process security label updates
o Process Document Number Request Forms (DNRF)
o Attend DM Daily Status Meeting - Monday - Friday
o APDM User Testing as requested
o Update CM process documentation as needed
o Produce monthly quality metrics
o Prepare quad chart for weekly Team Execution Review Meeting
o Attend weekly Team Execution Review meeting

Accredited education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).

1st Shift

This work assignment has been designated as "safety-sensitive" by the Client. Contractors assigned to safety-sensitive jobs at the Client site must first complete regulatory pre-placement requirements prior to reporting to assignment. Additionally, contractors assigned to safety-sensitive work will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with federal mandates.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
